Washington Oral Health Foundation, Seattle, Washington            01/2015-09/2015                                            Public Relations Intern                                                                                                                                                            I helped to prepare educational presentations on oral heath care that were targeted toward elementary students.  I also helped to build the social media presence of WOHF on Facebook and Twitter through weekly posts, press releases, and video documentaries. 

Boulevard Dental, Burien, Washington                                             07/2015-10/2015                                            Office Manager                                                                                                                                                                       I helped to greet and welcome patients to the clinic as well as file insurance paperwork following their check-up.  I also called, scheduled and reminded patients about appointments, as well as communicated with the dental lab to make sure crowns, bridges, and other oral devices were being fabricated and later delivered to the clinic on time.

UW Arts and Sciences Advisory Council for Students (ASACS)    09/2014-Present                                         Chairman                                                                                                                                                                               We meet regularly with the Dean of our college to offer the student perspective on the college budget, student experience and general college affairs.  We’ve helped to eliminate course fees for online classes, advocate to TA salary increases, and supported capital projects such as the construction of the new Life Sciences Building. 

The Sher-E-Punjab Society (SPS)                                                      09/2015-Present                                           President & Co-Founder                                                                                                                                              Founded a non-profit with the goal of helping to preserve and promote Punjabi culture in the Pacific Northwest.  We’ve partnered with NGO’s in Punjab and raised thousands of dollars for their causes through; forums, cocktail events, film screenings, and an international dance competition.
